Meet your guide
Sean Spencer
Sean Spencer is the owner and operator of Aqua Safari and is Coast Guard authorized to operate as a guide. He brings years of local knowledge of the Gulf, its wildlife and its sandbars to every tour.
His goal is simple: a premium, safe and unforgettable experience for every guest who rides with Aqua Safari. Safety comes first — every tour starts with a full briefing, and riders get life vests and all required safety gear before heading out.
At Aqua Safari, a jet ski is more than just a rental — it’s a passport to explore the hidden gems of our coastline.

Where we ride
Based on the Anclote River
Every Aqua Safari tour launches from the Anclote River near Tarpon Springs — a short, scenic drive north of Clearwater Beach.
From there it’s open Gulf water to Three Rooker Island, Anclote Key and the local sandbars. We ride with visitors from Clearwater, Pinellas and Pasco — from couples and families to big groups of friends.
